Iced tea with lemon in honey

Ingredients

  • 3 bags of black tea
  • 1-2 tablespoons of lemon in honey
  • 2 lemons
  • Fresh mint
  • 1 liter of water

  • Preparation

    1. First prepare the black tea leaves. Boil 1 liter of water and steep the tea bags in a heat-resistant container for 7 minutes.

    2. In the meantime, squeeze the juice of one lemon. Use the remaining lemon for decoration.

    3. Once the tea has cooled, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey, the lemon juice and the mint and let cool. Add ice cubes and fresh mint to serve. Cheers!

     

    Pineapple dessert with rapeseed honey

    Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons of rape honey
  • 0,5 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 400 g pineapple in pieces
  • 40 g walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 400 g natural yogurt
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

  • Preparation

    1. Fry the pineapple in butter.

    2. Mix honey, cinnamon and pineapple in a bowl and let it stand for 15 minutes.

    3. In the meantime, chop the walnuts and roast them in a pan.

    4. Mix the yogurt with the cream, lemon juice and vanilla sugar and let it cool in the refrigerator.

    5. Pour the yogurt mixture into a glass and add the pineapple. Finally, sprinkle the walnuts on top.

     

    Waffles with raspberry in honey

    Ingredients

  • 500 g flour
  • 125 g sugar
  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 100 ml mineral water
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • Raspberry in honey
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Cream

  • Preparation

    1. Mix the flour, sugar, milk, baking powder, salt, oil and mineral water in a bowl until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
    2. Preheat the waffle iron. Bake the batter in the waffle iron.
    3. When the waffles are ready, serve with raspberry in honey**, fresh raspberries and cream.


    ** Raspberry in honey can be replaced with coffee in honey and banana slices.

     

    Cottage cheese bread with strawberry in honey

    Ingredients

  • 2 large slices of bread
  • 3 teaspoons strawberry in honey
  • 2 teaspoons of coconut flakes
  • 4 tablespoons natural cottage cheese
  • Fresh basil
  • Fresh strawberries

  • Preparation

    1. Spread the bread generously with the cream cheese.

    2. Then place the strawberries on the bread and sprinkle with the coconut flakes.

    3. Then drizzle the honey over the bread, this gives the bread its delicious sweetness. Finally, add the fresh basil. The bread is ready!
